01 message, one working day
Ask for a proposal.
Tell us the biggest meeting you run in a month. The licence follows from that number, not from headcount. Send that, your rough host count and anything odd about how people join, and you get a one-page sizing sheet and a written proposal for the video conferencing platform for business you are actually going to use.

Mid-meeting trouble: call. Nobody wants to type while a webinar is falling over. Sizing, modules, migration dates and anything with numbers in it: use the form, because the answer needs writing down.
Inquiry form
Required: your name and the consent tick. Leave a phone or an email, one is enough. Everything else helps us size the deployment before we call you.
After you press send
A ticket, then a person
The form stores your inquiry and shows you a ticket number. One of the people who answers support reads it, not a routing robot.
Write this and we can answer properly
Four numbers we always ask for
The largest meeting of the month
Not the average. The one with everybody in it. Up to 100 participants sits on the Team tier, up to 300 on Business, up to 500 on Large, and 1,000 on Enterprise. Most teams overbuy capacity and underbuy dial-in, so this single number saves more money than any discount we could offer you.
How many people actually start meetings
Hosts, not staff. A company of 400 with 60 people who ever open a call needs 60 host licences. Team Chat and Video Messages come with every host licence, so the people who only attend cost nothing extra.
How many join on a weak connection
A 720p tile needs about 1.2 Mbps each way. Ask for 1080p and that becomes 3. Plan for the person on hotel wifi. If a quarter of your people are on patchy links we set audio-first as the default and the call stops dropping voices. Dial-in is not a legacy feature. It is how the site foreman joins from a truck with one bar of signal.
Recorded hours and how long you keep them
Recordings are kept for 30 days unless you change it. One hour of 1080p is roughly 600 MB, a 720p hour about 300 MB, audio-only about 30 MB. Twenty recorded hours a month at 1080p held for 90 days is roughly 36 GB of retained storage, and that is the line Recording is quoted on.
Before you write
Buying, replies and what we keep
Can I buy a licence on this site?
No. There is no cart and no payment on ve-bex.click. Everything here is an inquiry. You read the price basis on each module page, we write the figure into a proposal, and you decide after that.
Do I have to give both a phone number and an email?
One is enough. The form needs a name, a consent tick and some way of replying. If you leave only a phone number, expect a call from an Austin area code during support hours.
Who reads the support chat in the corner?
A person at Vebex, during support hours. Outside them it is still worth typing: the transcript is waiting when the queue opens, and chat transcripts are kept for 12 months.
What happens to what I type here?
The inquiry, your contact details and the technical record that comes with any web request are stored for 24 months, then deleted. Nothing is sold on and nothing is passed to an advertising platform. The detail is in the privacy notice, and the cookie side is in the cookie ledger.
Can you quote against our current contract?
Yes, and it is the usual request. Send the renewal date and the modules you pay for now. We plan the pilot to finish before that date so you are not paying two vendors for longer than a few weeks.
Still deciding
Size it yourself first
The configurator shows the tier, the bandwidth each participant needs and the storage your retention setting implies, then fills this form in for you.
